Introduction

It is possible to add an online image to the forms you build in Radar Healthcare. Here, we will outline how to do so in 3 steps.

Adding an online image to a form

  1. Go to Administration > Form Editor and click on the form you want to add the image to.

  2. Drag and drop an ‘Info’ element from the configuration panel on the left-hand side of the form editor.
  1. Copy the following HTML and paste it into your Info element, replacing bolded sections with your own text:

ADD ANY TEXT YOU WANT TO APPEAR BEFORE THE IMAGE<br/>

<img src="ADD THE URL FOR YOUR IMAGE" alt="ADD A SHORT DESCRIPTION FOR THE IMAGE"><br/>

ADD ANY TEXT TO APPEAR AFTER THE IMAGE

N.B. Your image will have to be hosted on a URL to be able to be displayed in a form in Radar.
