ScheduledTaskUID | The main, unique number that identifies a scheduled task. Scheduled tasks are designed to remind users to complete routine checks such as fire safety, maintenance or software checks. Scheduled tasks can be set up to happen just once or to repeat automatically. For recurring tasks, each recurrence is called an instance. |
OrganisationId | A unique number that identifies your organisation, used for data security. |
OrganisationCode | A short code that identifies your organisation, used for data security. |
Organisation | The name of your organisation. |
Task Title | The title of the scheduled task. |
Task Description | A brief description of the purpose or the action required for the scheduled task. |
Instance Task Description | A description of a particular instance for the scheduled task. Scheduled tasks typically recur automatically. Each recurrence is an instance. |
Category | The category assigned to this scheduled when it was created. Categories group tasks together and are useful for reporting. |
LocationUID | A unique number that identifies the location that this scheduled task is associated with, used for data security. |
Location | The name of the location that this scheduled task is associated with. |
RegionUID | A unique number that identifies the region that this scheduled task is associated with. |
Region | The name of the region that this scheduled task is associated with. |
Responsible Person | The name of the user responsible for the scheduled task. This is the user overseeing completion of scheduled tasks, not the user actioning the task. |
Assigned To | The name of the user who is required to complete the scheduled task. |
Status | The status of the scheduled task (for example Completed, Pending), indicating its progress. |
Next Due | The date by which the scheduled task should be completed. This applies to the next instance of a scheduled task. |
Tags | The tags assigned to this scheduled task. Tags are a way of grouping locations, documents or any other data together based on a theme. In reporting, tags can be used to filter data. |
Completed On | The date when the task was completed. |
Priority | The priority level assigned to the scheduled task, which is typically used to determine its urgency and visibility. |
Last Updated | The date when the task was last updated. |
Comment | Any notes or comments added to this scheduled task. |
Is Archived | Notes whether the task has been archived. When a scheduled task is archived, it stops reocurring and it's removed from your system. Archiving a task cannot be undone. |
Created Date | The date when the task was created. |
Instance Created Date | The date when this particular instance of a scheduled task was created. |
Created By | The name of the user who created the scheduled task. |
Instance Created By | The name of the user who created a particular instance of the scheduled task. |
Required Form Title | The name of the required form for a scheduled task. If there is a required form, it must be filled in before the task can be marked as completed. |
