Introduction You may be asked to complete an Action Plan step as part of your audit. This will appear once you have completed your audit and will highlight all the failed questions and ask you to create or link existing audits to each question. Once all questions have an action assign to them you may continue with the audit. Completing the Audit Plan Step The Action Plan step will appear once all the audit sections have been completed on the workflow.At the top of the page will be the failed questions. Creating and Amending Audit Scoring Types (New and Improved Audits)

Reading time 3 minsIntroduction Navigating to Your Audit Scoring Types Creating a New Audit Scoring Type Text Options Lower and Upper Bounds Text and Background Colour Updating Audit Scoring Types Introduction Audit Scoring Types allow you to provide a scoring mechanism to your audits. All audits are marked out of 100%. If the user answers all scored questions positively, they will score 100%, or should they fail on half the questions they would score 50%, and so on... Using Scoring Types, you can set threshold from 0%-100% to provide your auditors with named score, e.g., “Required Improvement”, or “Outstanding” depending on their final overall score. How to Activate the New and Improved Audits Module

Reassigning an Audit (Enhanced Audit)

Reading time 2 minsIntroduction Reassign audit sections assigned to your role Reassign audit sections to yourself, or another user FAQs I don’t have the pencil icon to reassign the audit sections. Receive a warning when trying to reassign the audit to myself? The reassign drop-down list does not have the person I want to reassign it to. Introduction There are two methods of reassigning sections of an audit. If the audit is assigned to your role within your location/service, you can select the section of the audit to reassign it to yourself and start it.If you have permissions to ‘reassign workflow step’ you will be able to reassign sections of an any audit to yourself, or to someone else without starting it.Once reassigned the Audit Sections will appear in your My Tasks dashboard until completion. Reassign audit sections assigned to your role Please note that you must have the same role at the same location/service within Radar Healthcare to be able to reassign using this method.

Automatic Log Out / "Time Out" due to inactivity

Reading time < 1 min Radar Healthcare has an automatic “time out” which will log you out of the platform due to inactivity. The typical inactive period is for 20 minutes, with Radar Healthcare presenting a “time out” warning message counting down from 120 seconds. If you want to remain in the system, simply click Stay logged in, otherwise it will automatically log you out.

Searching/Filtering on Audits (Enhanced Audits)

Reading time 1 minsIntroduction Searching and Filtering on Audits Finding an upcoming Audit assigned to you Searching/Filtering on all audits Introduction If an audit is assigned to you and is due soon (within its “pending period”) it will appear on your My Tasks dashboard when logging into the system. At any time, you can search the full audit list for any audit you require, using a range of filtering options. To filter your dashboard to look at Audits select the filter icon (this looks like a funnel at the top-right of the table).Select “AuditSection” under Type.
