Audit - Action Plan and Authorisation Steps

If we reassign audit steps will that change who is assigned the Action Plan or Authorisation steps? Introduction Once an audit has been completed you can include the option of Action Plans and/or Authorisation. These steps can be assigned to the audit Owner or their Line Manager within Radar Healthcare. Action Plan Step By default, this step appears when all the audit questions have been completed. Any questions on the audit which did not receive a pass mark will appear in a list. Each question will need to be assigned to an action plan. This can be an existing or new action plan. Any action plan created against a question during the audit will appear with its existing association displaying. Using the numbers above we have several options t

Transferring Audits from Version 1 to Version 2

Reading time 3 minsIntroduction Audit Scoring Type Downloading the Original Audit Templates Upload Audit FAQs Unable to upload due to title character limits Introduction It is quick and easy to transfer audits from the original audit tool (version 1) into the new and improved audit tool (version 2). If you have been using the original audit tool, please ensure you have asked Radar Healthcare to activate the new and improved tool within your system. This can also be requested for your Staging site if you wish to practice and test before committing to your Live site. Once transferred you can make any amends to the audit template, utilising lots of the new impactful features, before publishing the audit. Audit Scoring Type Before getting started we recommend ensuring your Audit Scoring Types is in place. In the original version of audit this was called ‘Audit Types’ and referred to the scoring structure of your audit. These scoring structures are not able to be imported between

They can also help you to discover data insights and trends which may not be immediately obvious upon first looking at the data. It enables you to ask questions of your analytics dashboards in every day language and the system will present the results to you. It is a means of accessing the data a user needs in a simple and easy way.ActivationThe Simply Ask feature is switched on at cube level. Once switched on, it will be available to all users. To activate it, select Feature Management, on the Admin tab, and in the Advanced Analytics section, toggle on Simply ask (NQL). Then click Save in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Transferring Audits Between Sites

Reading time 1 minsIntroduction Getting Starter IntroductionIt's very easy to transfer an audit between different Radar Healthcare Systems either: Transferring between Staging and Live Transferring to other Radar Healthcare partners Once an audit has been built within one system it can be downloaded. This file can then be uploaded into an new system. You can also use this method to update existing audits. The systems will recognise that the audit already exists and will apply the updates accordingly. Getting StarterFind the audit you wish to transfer. select the three-dot menu and choose JSON. This will download the audit as a JSON file. Log into the new site and go to the Audit Builder page and select Import audit. Select the JSON file you previously downloaded, select the Audit Type, and any related tags. Continue to preview the audit and finally import it. Reopen Audit Sections (New and Improved Audits)

Please note - this user guide is in reference to the Enhanced Audit functionality.Reading time 1 minsIntroduction Reopening an Audit FAQs Can anyone reopen an audit section? Introduction An audit can be made up of one or more sections. Once someone has completed all the sections assigned to them, they can mark them as complete. Once complete, a section goes into a read-only state. Individual sections can be reopened for amending. All previous work is saved. Reopening an Audit To reopen a completed section, select the 3-dot symbol next to the chosen section and select ‘Reopen Section’. Once reopened the section status will change to reflect the overall status of the audit (pending, overdue, etc.). The due date and assignee will remain the same. All the information previously saved will be available and the user assigned to the section can add or amend as required. If the Audit has additional workflow steps such as the Action Plan option, this will be reset when a section is reopene

FAQ - What happens if an out of office deputy also has their out of office set?

Question: Within events, an out of office deputy is somebody who is set to be assigned any new workflow steps that are triggered while the usual assignee is away. But, what happens if an Out of Office Deputy is also away, i.e. also has their out of office set? Will any workflow steps sent to them go on to the third person in the chain? Answer: No, if the person who is set as the Deputy for the original assignee also has their out of office set, then the event will revert back to assigning to the original assignee.
