Clearing your browser cache
It is sometimes necessary to clear your browser cache, to remove old settings or application data and to make the page work correctly.
This is different for each browser, so please choose your browser from below and follow the steps.
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome and click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Select Delete browsing data (or go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data).
- Choose a time range like All time for a complete cleanup.
- Check Cached images and files (you can uncheck history or cookies if you want to stay signed in).
- Click Delete data.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge and click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings then click Privacy, search, and services.
- Look for Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear.
- Select Cached data and files.
- Click Clear now.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings and go to the Privacy & Security panel.
- Scroll down to Browsing Data and click Clear Data.
- Check Temporary cached files and pages.
- Click Clear.
Safari (Mac)
- Open Safari and click Safari in the top menu bar.
- Choose Clear History.
- Select the time range from the menu (such as All history).
- Click Clear History to confirm.
