What will happen after 8th July 2025 if someone uses the old live.radarhealthcare.net link? Can I consult with Radar Healthcare about the migration steps before my migration date? What if our organisation would like to change our custom domain name? Can we delay our migration date?What happens to external forms that currently use live.radarhealthcare.net? For customers logging external events, the links for external forms are automatically generated using live.radarhealthcare.net. These links will not stop working. Future links may be generated using your new sub-domain and we can regenerate URLs to include your sub-domain if required. Archiving a Form

Reading time 3 MinuteIntroduction Archiving a Form Viewing Archived Forms Unarchiving a Form IntroductionIf a form is no longer in use, you have the ability to Archive it so it no longer appears among your active forms, keeping your Form Editor page clearer and easier to navigate. Archiving a FormTo Archive a form, you must first move it into a draft state by clicking Save. Before doing so, you may wish to amend the title to “Archive” to clearly mark out the form as an archived template. Once moved back into a draft state, return to your list of forms and click the three dots next to the form you wish to archive and then click “Archive”. The form is now archived. Viewing Archived FormsYou can toggle on/off any forms you have archived by clicking the ‘Show archived’ button in the top right hand corner of the screen. Permissible characters include: Alphanumeric characters Commas Full stops Hyphens Spaces Underscores File Content Checks: Additional checks are now in place for the following file types to prevent malicious uploads through simple renaming of file extensions: MP3 MP4 JPEG (& JPG) PNG PDF DOCX PPTX XLSX XML DOC XLS PPT Blocked File Types: Executable files (.exe) are always blocked. ZIP and RAR files will be blocked. These updates are designed to improve our system’s security and protect against potential threats.

This article outlines how you can view and manage LFPSE submissions in your Radar Healthcare system.Viewing LFPSE Event Submissions PSIMS Statuses Viewing LFPSE Event SubmissionsAny events submitted to LFPSE can be viewed in Administration > PSIMS.(PSIMS was the original acronym for LFPSE).N.B. You will need to have the relevant permissions enabled for your system role to view this part of Radar.The API submissions refresh regularly so it is likely this will always appear blank when you open this page.Actions you can complete:Select ‘Show submitted’ in the top right to view the information already submitted. Filter for submissions by clicking the purple funnel icon in the top right. What permissions do I need for this feature? IntroductionThere are two options when reassigning audit allocation in bulk: You can choose to reassign the owner of the audit (Audit Owners). An audit owner has responsibility for ensuring the audit is completed and by default is assigned the audit workflow to complete. If you wish to reassign some of the workflow steps of an audit to another individual, this can be done via Audit Workflows. This reassigns the workflow step whilst retaining the original audit owner. Audit Owners Navigate to the Administration panel > Bulk Assignment > Audit Owners.
