Introduction

Welcome to the Radar Healthcare Community! Here you can find updates on the product, share best practice and ask questions.

These terms let you know what is expected of you as a member of the Community, and what you can expect from fellow users.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Radar Healthcare Community (the “Community”). By accessing and using the Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Radar Healthcare (“we,” “us,” or “Radar Healthcare”), may offer other products and services under different terms and conditions. The Terms presented here apply only to the use of the Community. Radar Healthcare reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, by posting an updated version on the Community. Any updated version will become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Community after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

1. General Guidelines

Our Community is here for everyone, and we want to make sure that the community offers a positive experience for all visitors. Therefore these general guidelines have been established. Should there be any questions or issues, please let us know via an email to support@radarhealthcare.com.

When using the Community, please remember:

Stay on topic

For your and your fellow users’ benefit, please stay on topic. Keep your questions to one specific challenge you want to overcome, and make your answers relevant to the problem at hand.

Please do not change the subject of a discussion to something not intended by the original poster. Any off-topic posting or “hijacking” of threads may result in content being removed, and may cause users to be removed from the community.

Be friendly and professional

Stay mindful of the fact that everyone in the Community wants to have a positive experience. Please do not post content that is offensive, abusive, or harmful to others. Users will not post any racist, sexist, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise insulting comments. Users will not use coarse language, make inappropriate jokes or otherwise harass other users. Users must treat one another with respect at all times.

Stay legal

Keep all content legal. Users must not post any pornographic or otherwise offensive material. Users must not share illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates a third party’s rights. Users must not distribute viruses or other material that gives you access to the computers or systems of other users.

No commercial use

The Community is here to support and connect Radar Healthcare users. It is not a platform to promote third-party products, services, websites, or organisations. Users may not post content that would be classified as spam, advertising, junk mail, or any other form of unauthorised solicitation.

Keep private information private

Please don't share personal information (telephone numbers, email addresses, etc.) of yourself, other people or companies in the public space. If you wish to contact other members, please do so via the in system chat. Do not post information that you don’t wish to be public. Do not post others’ private and confidential information or infringe on their privacy. Moderator actions and the contents of private exchanges with moderators, staff members, or Community administrators should remain private and not shared on the public forums.
