Create a Consent FormCreating a consent form is now simpler and more flexible. You can search for and create consent forms for any medical procedure. 1. Add proceduresSearch for the procedures you need to consent for. The search now uses SNOMED CT UK procedure names, so some procedure names may look different from previous versions.2.
