Audit Schedule access by scope We are introducing an update to how access to Audit Schedules works in Radar.This change is based on customer feedback to ensure that users only see and manage schedules relevant to the locations or regions included within their assigned scope.This article is being shared in advance to help you understand the change and prepare your organisation. What is changing?Users will still need the relevant Audit Schedule permissions. However, their role scope will also determine which schedules they can view and manage.Location scopeUsers with location level scope will only see schedules that include locations within their assigned scope.For example, a user scoped to Location A will only see schedules for Location A. If a schedule also includes another location outside their scope, they will not be able to see or manage that schedule.Region scopeUsers with region level scope will only see schedules where every location is within their assigned region.For example,

 Critical Fail allows an audit to be clearly identified when a high-risk question receives a failed response. You can retain the audit’s calculated score or automatically change it to 0%, while applying the Critical Fail rank in either case. Understanding critical fail Critical Fail can be used as an escalation route for an audit. The audit continues to use its normal questions and defined scoring, but selected high-risk questions can override the overall result when they are failed.Critical Fail is useful when: A single failed control makes the overall audit unacceptable, regardless of the remaining responses. The result needs to be immediately visible as high risk. Your organisation needs a consistent way to identify audits that require escalation or follow up. How critical fail works Enable Critical Fail on the audit template. Choose what should happen to the audit’s score. Identify the high risk questions that can trigger a Critical Fail. Save and publish the template.

We have an audit tool built into Radar with 100 questions. There is no weighting on any questions and the options when completing are Adequate, Needs Attention, or N/A. When a question is marked as Needs Attention, the overall score should drop meaning, if 5 questions need attention, the score should be 95%. However, these audits are still being scored at 100%. Has anyone encountered this before and have any suggestions? As mentioned, there is no weighting on any of the questions in the tool.
