Introduction

  • Archiving a Notice removes it from all the assigned users.  This can be if the Notice was sent in error or is no longer required.

 

  • It also helps streamline your Notice Administration by removing the number of live notices and hiding those which are no longer relevant. 

 

  • Please note if an individual user would like to archive their own notices that have been sent to them this is possible in My Notices - further guidance available here.

 


Archiving a Notice

 

  • Using the side panel select Notices and Notice Admin.

  • Find and select the notice that you would like to archive and using the three-dot menu icon on the top right-hand side of the notice and click ‘Archive notice’.

  • Enter the reference number quoted and select Archive.

  • The notice has now been archived.  Please note it is not possible to reverse this decision.

 


Viewing Archived Notices

  • Once archived the notice will be removed from all the users it was previously sent to.

 

  • If it possible to view those archived notices by select ‘Show Archived’ at the top of the Notice Admin dashboard.
