Introduction
- When viewing the Audit List and Audit dashboards in Analytics you will come across different audit stages or statuses.
 
- The term stages is used in the Audit List. This is in reference to the audit workflow and it’s progression.
 
- The term status is used in the Analytics. This is also in reference to the audit workflow and it’s progression.
 
Terminology
The following Stage are visible on the Audit List.
- Not Started.	
- This audit is scheduled and had not yet been started on any stage of the workflow.
 
 
- Audit in progress.	
- The audit has been started. A user must confirm that they wish to begin the audit and this changes the status from ‘Not started’ to ‘Audit in progress’.
 - This status references the audit questions.
 
 

- Action Plan	
- This audit has reached the Action Plan step of a workflow. (This step is optional when scheduling an audit)
 - The Action Plan step is outstanding and requires completion.
 
 

- Authorisation.	
- The audit has reached the Authorisation step of a workflow. (This step is optional when scheduling an audit)
 - The Authorisation step is outstanding an requires attention.
 
 
- Complete	
- The audit workflow steps have been completed in full and there are no further outstanding audit activity require.
 - Please note, any individually linked action plans may continue to be outstanding.
 - If the audit is recurring the next occurrence will be scheduled.
 
 
Analytics
When viewing the Analytics you might see some slight variation in phrases.
- Action Plan may be referred to as Action plan in progress
 - Complete may be referred to as Audit Closed
