  • Copying the document URL enables you to do things such as:
    • Send a document directly to a user (they must be logged in to Radar Healthcare to download the document)
    • Link to a document from within written text in Radar Healthcare, e.g. in audit description text or from within an action
    • Link to a document within a form using a Recorded Link (please find specific guidance on this functionality here)

 

  • This is done by copying the document's download URL. The user then simply clicks on the given URL and the document will download. 

 

  • To do this, navigate to the document you wish to send from the Document Management page and click on the document name to be taken to the document details page.

 

  • To copy the URL for the document, select the three-dot menu icon from the top right-hand side of the page and click, Copy URL.

  • The URL to download the document is now saved to your computer's clipboard and you can simply paste this link wherever it is required.
