Introduction
- Add short descriptions to your event titles in Radar Healthcare, allowing you to provide more context to your users when they're choosing the most appropriate event to record.
- When users are reporting an event there is a drop-down list showing all your events for them to select. It is possible to have a brief description underneath the event title to provide further information and guidance for the users to select the most appropriate event.
How to add the descriptions to your event titles
- This is implemented by Radar Healthcare. Please let us know the descriptions you would like. To support us in this task we suggest the following steps:
- Please outline each of your Event Types and the description you would like to add. (There is a spreadsheet at the bottom of this article to help you get started)
- Please raise a ticket with the Radar Support Team with a list of your events and the descriptions you'd like to have added.
