How to request a reset password email
If you have forgotten your password you can request a reset password email on the Radar Healthcare log-in page:
- Enter the email address for your account (please check with your organisation's Radar Healthcare administrator if you are unsure which email address you have been registered with.).
- Select the wording "Forgot password?" and Select Reset.
- Complete any CAPTCHA security verification.
- The reset password email will be sent to your email address. This can take a few minutes to come through. The reset password link will be active for 48 hours.
- Click the reset password link and type your new password. Your new password must contain at least 8 characters, 1 number, 1 capital letter and 1 special character.
FAQs
You did not receive an email?
- Please check your spam/junk folder in case it has been diverted there.
- If you are logging into your Staging account, please be aware no email are sent for your Staging account. A temporary password would need to be created by a system admin.
- Contact your organisation's Radar Healthcare systems administrator/team. They will be able to confirm the email address used for your account and look into resetting your account following the guidance here: Resetting a User’s Password.
What are the security requirements for a Radar Healthcare password?

For security please ensure your password contains at least; 8 characters, 1 number, 1 capital letter and 1 special character.
Why did my reset password link not work?
- The link to reset your password is valid for 48 hours. If you don’t reset your password within this time period you would need to request a new reset password email.
Logging into your Staging account?
- The Staging site does not send emails to avoid any confusion with your Live site. Your password will need to be manually reset by your organisation's Radar Healthcare system administrator/team.
