Viewing, Editing and Deleting Saved Reports

From with the report builder you can view, edit, and delete your saved reports at any time.
- To do this, from within the Report Builder, click Manage folders.

- You will now see that you have access to two folders: My Reports and Shared Reports.
- Click on the > arrow to the left of a folder to expand it down and view the contained reports.

- Select the pencil icon next to a report to edit the name of the report.

- Use the up and down arrows to alter the order that the reports appear in.
- To delete a saved report, select the dustbin icon.
Adding a new Report Folder
- When you are saving and sharing reports you can either save reports directly into the My Reports or Shared Reports folders, or you can create sub-folders of either of these.
- To do this, from within the Report Builder, select Manage folders.
- To create a sub-folder, click on the + icon to the right-hand side of the parent folder.

- Type the name of the new folder and click Save.

- You can move any existing reports to the new folder using the up and down arrows to the right-hand side of the report.
