This option allows your users to mark an event as confidential at the time of raising it. |

FAQs
Can an event location be changed after the event has been reported?
- Yes. This is deactivated by default. Please contact our Support Team to activate this in your system. Is will appear for those with the ‘Edit’ permission. We recommend considering the following before activation:
- Changing a location will NOT reassign existing workflows tasks which have been triggered and are visible on the workflow tab on the event. These will need reassigning to the responsible person at the new location. All future workflow tasks WILL take the new location into account.
- If any actions have been linked to the event those links will be broken as the actions will be at a different location to the event. It is NOT possible to change the location of an Action, please consider new actions for the new location.
- Users may lose access to the event if they do not have permission to view events at the new location. Please use Event Tasks to provide continued access if required.
