Please note - this user guide is in reference to the Enhanced Audit functionality.
Audit Permissions - New and Improved Audits
- There are a range of permissions available for the new and improved audits. As with all the permissions in Radar Healthcare, the options selected will only apply for the scope of the user’s role, for example a user with a Location role will only ever be able to access audits within their given Location.

| Abandon | - The user can permanently delete an audit at any stage.
|
| Authorise | - The user can authorise an audit for a location(s) once it has been completed.
|
| Build audit templates | - The user can build new or edit existing audit templates in the administration panel.
|
| Change audit owner | - Can update the audit to reassign all outstanding workflow sections into a new user, this user will be the new owner of the audit.
|
| Complete audit | - The user can assign an audit within a schedule and will be able to complete it. If assigned to a role anyone with the role will be able to assign themselves the audit to complete.
|
| Delete audits | - The user can delete audit schedules.
|
| Reassign workflow step | - The user will be able to reassign the audit sections within the workflow.
|
| Reopen audits | - The user will be able to reopen completed audits.
|
| Schedule audits | - The user will be able to create audit schedules and assign audits to individuals.
|
| View audit schedules | - The user will have read-only access to the audit schedules at their location(s). They will not be able to make any amends to existing schedules.

| View audits | - The user will have read-only access to audit at their location(s)
