Introduction

  • If an audit is assigned to you directly it will appear on your My Tasks dashboard when it is pending completion.

  • Some audits are assigned to roles and anyone with that role, at the same location, can find and start the audit.

  • If an audit isn't in your name, or your role, you will either need permission to reassign audits to yourself or speak to your system Administrator about gaining access.

The Audit is Assigned to You Directly

  • The audit will appear on your My Tasks dashboard when it becomes pending and is therefore due soon.

  • Use the filter icon to search for a specific audit. Select 'AuditSection' under Type to find all audits assigned to you.

  • Select the audit from the list to begin. Please note, some audits may only be completed on their due date - you will be notified if this is the case.

The Audit is Assigned to Your Role

  • Navigate to the Audit List on the side panel to see all the audits for your role.

  • Use the filter to search on your role, and to find specific audits (if applicable).

  • Select the one you wish to start and confirm you wish to have it assigned to you directly.

FAQs

Why is there a filter showing dates when viewing all audits?

  • There is an automatic filter on your Audit List focusing on audits due between 2 months ago and 2 months in the future.  For example, if today is the 1st June it would show all audits due between 1st April and 1st August.  This is to focus the list on overdue audits and pending audits, with ones due further in the future hidden by default.

  • You can change or remove this filter if you wish.  If will reappear when you next log in.
