- To view notice details, click on the Notices menu item from your side menu, then Notice admin.

- Here you will see a list of all created notices.

- Each notice has an overall status:
- Overdue – The notice hasn’t been responded to by all the recipients and the due date has passed.
- Pending – The notice hasn’t been responded to by all the recipients and the due date hasn’t passed.
- Complete – The notice has been responded to by all the recipients
- Not applicable - No response is required
- Next to the status you will see how many of the users required to confirm the notice have done so.
- To view a notice, click into it from this list.
- On the notice details screen you will see a preview of the notice that was sent and the date by which the notice needs to be actioned (if any).
- If no response is required for the notice, below this preview, the list of recipients and the date read are listed.

- If a response is required, the recipients list is split into those that have actioned the response and those that haven’t.
