What happens to external forms that currently use live.radarhealthcare.net?

For customers logging external events, the links for external forms are automatically generated using live.radarhealthcare.net.
 

• These links will not stop working. 

• Future links may be generated using your new sub-domain and we can regenerate URLs to include your sub-domain if required.

Will email templates with login links automatically update to the new custom domains?

Email templates that include links to log into Radar Healthcare will redirect to use your custom domain.

What will happen after 8th July 2025 if someone uses the old live.radarhealthcare.net link?

From 8th July 2025, we will begin restricting access to the old domain.

• Customers who attempt to use live.radarhealthcare.net after this date they may find the system slower than normal but they will still be able to access.

• Please make sure all staff and stakeholders are aware of the new URL to prevent any disruption.

Can I consult with Radar Healthcare about the migration steps before my migration date?

Absolutely.

• Please reach out to your Partnership Manager to arrange a discussion if you have questions or would like to review your steps.

What if our organisation would like to change our custom domain name?

If you do not agree with the custom domain assigned to your organisation, or if your organisation name changes, you can request an update.

• Please raise a support ticket with your request and our team will work with you to create the new domain.

• Both the old and new domains may be supported during the transition, although redirect options are not currently possible.

Can we delay our migration date?

If your organisation needs to delay your move to a custom domain (for example, to align with internal projects), please let us know as soon as possible.

• It may be possible to arrange a revised migration date, but this will need to be agreed with the Radar Healthcare team in advance.
