Please Note: This user guide is in reference to the Audit App and not the main Radar Healthcare system.  Guidance for the main system is available here:  Logging into Radar Healthcare

This guidance is in reference to the original audit module from Radar Healthcare.  The new and improved audit does not use the Audit App - simply use your devices web browser to access Radar Healthcare and if you lose signal, you will be able to continue your audit offline.  More information is available here.

Introduction

 

  • Once installed use your existing Radar Healthcare log in information to access the audit app. 

 

  • When logging in for the first time you will require approval from your system administrator before being activated.

 


Logging In

 

  • When you open your newly downloaded Radar Healthcare Audit App, you will be presented with the following screen. 
Log in page
  • In the topmost box (labelled Server), type the web address of the login page you use to log into Radar Healthcare. For example, this might be https://live.radarhealthcare.net

 

  • Your Username is the email address that you use to log into Radar Healthcare.  If unsure, please log into Radar Healthcare by your normal method and check your Account settings on the top right-hand menu.

 

  • Enter your normal Radar Healthcare Password and click Login.

 

  • When logging in for the first time you will be advised that your System Administrator needs to authorise your device before you are able to access the App.

Confirmation message
  • Once approved, either click refresh or enter your login details on the main login page.

 

  • The My Audits page will appear and you will be able to see the current status of any audits assigned to you.
