Audit Permissions - New and Improved Audits

There are a range of permissions available for the new and improved audits. As with all the permissions in Radar Healthcare, the options selected will only apply for the scope of the user’s role, for example a user with a Location role will only ever be able to access audits within their given Location.

Permission Ref	Permission Action
Abandon	The user can permanently delete an audit at any stage.
Authorise	The user can authorise an audit for a location(s) once it has been completed.
Build audit templates	The user can build new or edit existing audit templates in the administration panel.
Change audit owner	Can update the audit to reassign all outstanding workflow sections into a new user, this user will be the new owner of the audit. Please note. A user must also have the permission to ‘Reassign workflow step’ to be able to utilise this permission.
Complete audit	The user can assign an audit within a schedule and will be able to complete it. If assigned to a role anyone with the role will be able to assign themselves the audit to complete.
Delete audits	The user can delete audit schedules.
Reassign workflow step	The user will be able to reassign the audit sections within the workflow.
Reopen audits	The user will be able to reopen completed audits.
Schedule audits	The user will be able to create audit schedules and assign audits to individuals.
View audit schedules	The user will have read-only access to the audit schedules. They will not be able to make any amends to existing schedules. Please note this currently provides visibility to schedules across the whole organisation, regardless of role.
View audits	The user will have read-only access to audit at their location(s)
